Week 3 of my public experiment
This week, the vault was not merely filled. It began to mirror my economic construction sites back to me: Misthos, TrustGrid, Teledata, Existonomy, One Tax and the question of who in a system is actually allowed or required to carry responsibility with others.

At first reading, July 2 looks very technical: project context, skills, file storage, Obsidian, vault, HiNotes, cron jobs. But it is like the cover of a book. With that day, the archive was no longer storage. It became present tense. Old conversations, open ventures, recurring people. The past began to become alive in the present.
Misthos no longer appeared only as a finished offer, but as a recurring question, also for my own work: how does contribution stay visible when people carry different amounts over time? TrustGrid is the tool with which the question can be answered in the team. Teledata is the customer with whom I am questioning my collaboration for the first time: how do I move from consultant to partner? Duo Concierge is a new venture emerging from that on the basis of a Misthos venture partnership. There, the questions become practical: who sells? Who builds? Who holds the relationship? Who carries risk? And how do we prevent fairness from becoming only a pretty name for old distribution mechanics? With value contributions, adaptability and a good memory, with Misthos as a usable service. It is a challenging step to leave the safe land of consulting mandates with their negotiated fee and move toward partnership with jointly carried financial risk. Yet as an existonomist I know: I have to break the link between money and time if I want to keep receiving appropriate value for my contribution. So it is only fair that I join ventures as a partner. With full risk and the full chance of return.
Adaptive accelerator also kept pulling threads: legitimacy, affected people, obligation, lottery procedures, rotation. When may participation be expected? When does voluntary participation become an excuse for those who are active anyway? These questions sound dry until they are asked inside companies. Then they are about everyday things like fear, status, salary, loyalty and growing up. After two decades, it turns out that adaptive accelerator is still sailing along the coast of the blue ocean of human-oriented organizational thinking.
Existonomy research, capital transfer tax, dashboards, Telegram delivery. A lot of technology. But the content underneath was clearer than expected: I am not building a knowledge machine to collect more stuff. I need a workshop that shows me which questions are coming up now and how we answer them with work.
4 · What I take from it
Difference
Expected was source integration. In reality, I got a first content radar for the recurring economic questions.
Outlook
Next week must prove whether this radar can become a public form: website, weeknotes, concrete venture trails.
Next hypothesis
A good weeknote does not recognize one topic, but the shared thread between several workbenches in the workshop.
