The Existonomist is my public now page, written week by week. It watches the narrow gap between intention and actuality: what I expected, what actually happened, and what that did to the way I do economy.
I am Gebhard Borck. I like models, but I distrust them as soon as they iron people flat. After roughly 25 years with owner-led companies, I write from inside the economic workshop: the excuses, the courage tests, and those small moments when cooperation suddenly grows up.
The recurring fields are Existonomy, Adaptive Accelerator, Momentum, Misthos, KEy Factor, anonymised workshop cases, and whatever else crosses my bench as an existonomist.
Underneath this page sits Existonomy: the attempt to shape economic decisions, rules and shared realities so they serve existence before they serve the spreadsheet. Each issue asks where the week behaved differently from classical business logic: where contribution mattered more than time, where partnership replaced service, or where a boundary protected the work.
